Non molto, semplicemente un po' di educazione, però per sicurezza seguite queste direttive.
× Una buona conoscenza di tutto quello che serve per costruire un sito, se posso darvi una mano ve la do, ma non potete credere che ve lo faccia io!
× Aggiornate il vostro sito/collective/etc. con un po' di regolarità.
× Aggiornate ME sullo stato del vostro sito, se avete problemi o lo mettete in "pausa" per le vacanze ad esempio.
× NON caricate nel server immagini pesanti e non usate il direct-linking. Esiste photobucket per cose del genere, se dovete mettere un'immagine nella vostra firma di un forum per esempio! Se non siete sicuri di cosa fare, manatemi una mail!

× Il sito non deve essere a carattere razzista, pornografico o estremamente violento.
× Il sito deve essere on-line entro 4 settimane dalla mia approvazione.
Se queste regole non venissero seguite, sarete avvertiti da una mia e-mail, nel caso che non correggiate i "problemi" verrete avvertiti con almeno altre 2 mail, dopodichè vostro sito non sarà più visibile.

Il vostro nome o soprannome,
La vostra e-mail,
La tipologia di sito che vorreste che vi ospiti, e di cosa tratterà (esempio: "La fanlisting approvata da TFL del colore azzurro")
Il titolo del sito,
La parola che vorrete per il vostro url (http://tuosito.nocturn-glare.net) e che sarà anche il vostro username per l'FTP,
Che passoword volete usare per l'account FTP,
Un esempio di un vostro "lavoro",

× A good knowledge of all the things that are necessary to build a site (ok I give you help, but I don't make your site)
× Update your site/collective/etc regularly
× Let ME know about the state of your site, if you have problems or go to hiatus for holidays
× DON'T upload big or unnecessary images, don't use direct-linking. photobucket exist for things like this! If you aren't sure what to do, send me a mail.

× No discrimination, pornography, or violence messages or images.
× The site must be create and be accesible in four weeks.
If you don't follow this simple rules I'll send you an e-mail, if you don't fixed the trouble I'll send another 2 mails, but after these advice, your site will not be accessible.

This is the best part, sand me a mail here (remove [ ]) with the following senteces:

Your name or nickname,
your e-mail,
what kind of site you need hosting (example: "A Fanlisting for the Blue Color approved by TFL")
name of the site,
